Or just buy that suzuki sv650. It and the Honda 599 or the Kawi kz750? Will all put you in the position you want to ride in :)
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

You bring up an excellent point Sev, that money would be better put toward that SV, which i reckon i will save up enough for by mid spring. 8) excellent .
