Yes it is. Which makes this bike quite a rarity!

I've heard them going through the gears and it sounds really good. It has a little bit of that awesome blaaap blaaap sound of a Brit twin(especially the Norton) It's definitely smoother sounding and doesn't sound like it's going to blow up at redline which all brit twins(especially the Triumph) sounded like.

I like parallel twins. A bigger one than my old 250 is probably great.

My sprockets and chain didn't come in. Now I have to wait till Tuesday.

I'm about to pull my hair out over the sprockets and chain. The supply house didn't ship them out until Tuesday, so I should get them today...again. I put the rear tire back on and removed the front and got it changed out for a new Bridgestone S-11. I pulled the right caliper, as it wasn't connected, and put fresh oil in the tubes.

OK I lied. I opened the drain and cracked the cap nuts and let the forks drain all night. When I compressed the forks this morning a small amount of oil was expelled, then air. Both catch basins had a good amount of oil. The spring in the left fork is visibly shorter than the right one. I go out to the shed and dig around and find the other set of fork legs, drag them to the shop and open them to find both of these springs are the same length, but are shorter then the shorter of the set on the bike.

I've ordered a set of Progressive Springs which should be here next Thursday.
