Living in San Jose, CA right up against the Santa Cruz Mountains where there are miles and miles of cool roads to ride through coastal Redwoods and open areas. In fact you can ride from one micro climate to another in just a few miles. Sun shines about 300+ days a year and riding in winter is no problem unless it is raining. Who rides in the rain?? I used to all the time when I lived in Ohio but now I live in paradise. Will be moving soon the the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains along Hwy 49 and Gold Rush country (also exceptional for bike riding). No bragging...just the facts.
Awaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
