Sissybar Sizes

#1 Unread post by smokey_243 »

I need to get a sissybar for my new Vulcan. Can someone tell me how to measure for height? My wife wants the pad to fit in the small of her back. Do you measure from the holes where it bolts to the finder or the top of the finder or where? I'm driving a Vulcan 1500 Classic if that helps. Thanks to all. :( :( :) :D  :? :?

in my experience there is usually only a small backrest/sissybar and a tall backrest/sissybar. what you want sounds like the smaller one.

check out a few sites like cruisercustomizing.com, phatperformanceparts.com, bing.com. these sites will let you search by specific bike. you can always go through the dealer but they are very overpriced IMO.
