Hi everybody. If you remember , I was hit in June by a guy running a stop sign. My bike was damaged in several places but these have all been repaired by the insurance company, now having said that, they replaced one of the two front forks and now the other one doesn't match the new one.
They are aluminum and the old one has a little pitting, grime and the clear coat is worn off. When it matched the other one it didn't matter but now with the shiny new one it sticks out like a sore thumb.

What can I do? Fine steel wool , aluminum cleaner?
