big boy first bike (street)
I'm 6.2 ft tall 120 kg - I'm looking for first bike (street) - could anyone recomend me sth?

We are about the same dimensions, so I can recommend a few things. I can comfortable fit on a ninja 500,gs500f, and an SV650. Those are the most often recommended bikes to learn on.
I got an SV650S, which I think is a good bike to learn on and there is still a bit of room to grow into it. Since we are the same height/wght, Ill add this extra comment: this will just be a bike to learn on, you will want something with more comfort than those bikes later on. The seat height is fairly low for all of those bikes, so I feel a bit scrunched myself. If you plan on just doing short rides/commutes, you will be good for comfort on those bikes. Longer rides cause me stiffness in my knees, I have never injured my knees. Thats just my experience though.
If you will be on your bike for extended periods from the start, see how a Katana 600 feels to you. It is the heaviest bike of them all, but its supposed to be more comfortable. The SV and the Katana run in the 6k range. The ninja and the gs500 run in the 5k range.
