When I don't feel I can take my hands off the controls I do a head nod or I lift two fingers on my left hand as a wave. The two fingers is sometimes hard to see, black gloves, black jacket for a background but most of the time they see it.

I do think that if you are a rider - we should be able to recognize each other when we are in our cages.

It would be neat if there was an all biker insignia we could put on our cars indicating we are bikers - or rather that we ride motorcycles.

I've considered wearing my arai while im driving in my cage, and I imagine that if i did, for some reason when they see the helmet, they'd slow down and give me a lot of space on the road... LOLOLOL

Nice! I'll get one of those day-glow yellow scorpion helmets to do that.

Just throw up these gang symbols while you're in your cage and everyone will recognize the gang you're part of...

I just saw this at the top "Dedicated to the women who RIDE THEIR OWN motorcycles"

Do the ladies on this site actual use these when on group rides??

If I think it will be unsafe I do a head nod or I lift two fingers off of the handle on the left. Otherwise I do the two fingers down wave.

Is there any sort of brand-specific signal or greeting? I know cagers who drive old school Jeep Cherokees always acknowledge each other specifically. Never heard of anything like this for bikes but I wouldn't be surprised if it existed.
