john haha...yea. Buell stickers also add 3hp and 1 ft/lb of torque.

Your bike is sweeet too man. I bet you'll be cleaning your bike now. :mrgreen:

Johnj I didn't realize you had a Buell 1125 too. Did you ride both the R and the CR before deciding on the CR? How different are the ergs? Does the CR have clip-ons as well ?

Are there aftermarket windscreens available for it if you want to use it as a pseudo touring bike?

Sorry for the 20 questions I was interested in the CR myself at one point but never made it to a dealership...

I sat on a R but didn't care for the ergos at all, and probably wouldn't have liked the CR except it had the 'tall bar' kit on it.

Yea, the positioning on the R is a bit rough on the body. I'll tough it out for now and see how my body adjusts, but will probably invest in some Convertibars at some point. If the CR came with a windshield and fairing, I'd probably have bought that.

Ah who knows if it is really going to happen. My wife is so dead set against me getting a different bike it would just be to check out the bikes to go there and I'll get vetoed on that immediately.
