Saw a scooter the day after New Years day....

It was 12 degrees out according to my truck when I spotted a woman turning onto a road I was intersecting with on a scooter. My wife and I figure she got it for Christmas and just couldn't wait to ride it. Most roads here are covered in snow and ice except the main ones. She turned off of a messy road onto a clear one. I can't wear enough clothes to keep me warm in this weather we are having.
