That's the difference 80 miles makes. We lost all our ground cover snow early last week. Only snow left is those big piles in parking lots.

And yes, I had bikes out today. :D Ride to work season commences tomorrow.

Yeah but you guys got the lions share of snow this year. Be careful on the morning black ice for the next couple weeks already seen a couple fender benders on the local streets. And enjoy I can't use a bike for work need a van but at least the days are getting longer and my heart is starting to smile again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I missed riding to work so much. Maybe I'll see you rolling down 295 again J.

I rode in today and yesterday.

Watch out on 295, there's some mean potholes. Most of them go crossways, and the bike just skips over them. But today I saw one (down by Bordentown) that went lengthwise with the road - about 6 or 8 feet long, maybe 10 inches wide, 6 inches deep, like a little slit trench. And it had jagged sides. It was right on the seam between two lanes. Hate to hit that at speed.

Oh, man, I almost rode to work today. Just got up too damned late to hop in all the gear and get to work in Yonkers on time. That's ok, though. I rode on Sunday and put 140+ miles on the bike.

J I rode in on Monday and Tuesday as well. Worked late those days partly to test out how my HID works on the Vrod. Reaaal bright. I hear you on the potholes...not too much on the portion of 295 that I ride home on but giant ones in princeton and hamilton.

Hey man...i was on my way up 295 from Delaware this weekend...wow you aren't kidding about those potholes...they're like craters in the road. Careful riding that stretch of road man...uneven pavement on 295 has taken too many people recently.

Ride to work started on Monday for me. Had rain yesterday but two days of sunshine and warmer weather now. Then it cools back down and back to rain. I'll take what I can get this time of year and the rain is helping clean off the roads.
