Didn't the 1100 vibrate like a am-fm? For some reason the 1100 bore/stroke combo was not a happy engine combo like the 1200 which was like silk in comparison.
Yeah the 5 speed was a huge improvement. Not just for the extra cog but it was a much better planned ratio-wise.
