Kawi Vulcan,Honda VTX 1300, HD Superglide or Softail Custom?

#1 Unread post by KeithB »

I have been up to 3 bikes twice, now down to none, I miss the wind in my face, i thought h 50,000 miles i rode in past 4 years was enough, guess not

The Harleys are nice but so much money. The Vulcan 900 is a lot of bike for the dollar, alittler underpowerd, i been riding ZX10Rs and Yamaha Raaiders lately.

But maybe the Honda is best compromise? I was some poer, sand better mileage and comfort, i love my Ninja's but 150 miles your done.

Any one rode one of these Honda 1300s? Good power? Handle? I had a 2005 Shadow 1100 was great bike

Weight in please inform me, help me chose 8)

Thanks

None of the above, but then again, I'm not a fan of cruisers.

That said, a friend rides a VTX 1300 and really likes it.

If I were to get another cruiser I would get a used Valkyrie. Does everything well, handles beautifully and is VERY quick.
There is no such thing as a bad motorcycle.

You don't want a Yamaha Raider or Warrior?
One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.
