How do you know if i am ready or not,i ride only on public roads(with a lot of traffic).

I've got this answer.....

Being a good rider does not protect you from everyone else out there.
A split second not anticipating someone else could mean an incident.

yep i agree,it doesnt protect you however its better than to have no experience at all,right?

It may help both you and your father if you both set down and talk about why he does not want you to have a bike. I do not know the culture in Serbia but it probably will help.

Even if it is a "No because I said so" you are young. Things will come with time (but I bet you did not want to hear that).
