I wasn't there... But if you look he's only resting his right hand on his leg, but RR, the guy who was there and took the pictures, said...
His arm between his wrist and elbow was at a 35 degree angle (it would be pointing toward the camera though), you could see the bone was trying to break through the skin but hadn't, his right arm was all white too from rash that hadn't started to bleed.
The first thing he did after he stood up was use that arm to pull a pack of cigarette's out of his pocket, he used it the whole time to smoke too.
He kept saying, "I can't believe I'm using a broken arm to smoke this cigarette".
Shock, adrenaline, and concussion probably....
Again, I wasn't there, I'm just relaying what I was told...
