Small portions so that the calories consumed are less than the calories burned.

Actually it had nothing to do with weight control.....it just eased my self pity.

Seriously though....it's all about portion control.

Lucky you, now will there be a nice pay increase? You know for all the "inconvenience" of moving to such a nicer place? Here's hoping it works out.

I would be in the same boat should things work out for me for San Jose PD

Spent what seemed like a week at Peter Lougheed Center in Calgary while my Daughter struggled with 27 hours of labour to end up with a c-section and brought into this world my 2nd grandson, Noah Edward Pike, 9lb 3oz, 22 inches long. I'm one proud father and grandfather at this point.
Just like his parents, a gorgeous child...

Today, I flew from Calgary to Abbottsford so I could take in the Motorcycle Show. I'll be here Sat. and Sun. and return to Calgary Sun. night and spend the rest of the week there before driving home. Why did I fly for the show? Because of timing, I missed the Calgary show, the Edmonton show, so I wasn't about to miss them all...

Thank you AirMiles... :o)

Congrats on your grandson. I am waiting on a granddaughter next week. When they call, will be headed to South Florida for a few days!

same pay but they pay to move me :D. Then again I will most likely get my Journeyman Electricians License 2 years quicker moving down there which means in 2 years a $3/hr raise :D.
