:lol: Yeah I've seen crazy fuzzed up bikes like that. There was also this group of stunters that did the same thing to their helmets and riding gear. Not my cup of tea though.

In the early days of street stunting, many riders covered their bodywork with fake fur like that.

The idea was (so they claimed) that the fur provided a cushion and sliding surface when the bike hit the tarmac, saving the bodypanels. Actual benefits were pretty sketchy, and I think it was more of 'hey, ain't I cool'-thing..... like 'Dennis Roddman in a dress'-cool...... in other words, as far from cool as you can get and not spontaneously combust......

Had a guy down at school who did that with a cheetah pattern fur to his CBR on the windscreen and seats... He never lived it down and we eventually found a creative way to make him remove it... :twisted:
