Wow that sucks deeply. Sorry to hear that. At least he had insurance. And you have witneeses, and him admitting fault. I'd say notwithstanding the obvious damage to the bikes you're in good shape. And hopefully those forks can be straightened out. We really need to start making bikes out of Nerf material. Just can't get them wet, increases the weight by about 500%.

So they are repairing everything that seems remotely wrong with the bike. Things I don't even see as damaged. Even better, Jc Whitney is not an approved brand so I'm getting a givi upgrade!

Cool, it seems things turned out for the better. One less aasshat on the road (if she learned her lesson) and bikes that are repaired and somewhat improved.
Of course I'm guessing the weather is better in your neck of the woods? (feels like an early spring here and I've been riding).

One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.

Story,
I know this may seem obvious to others, but since I live in North Jersey (a place where if you like your motorcycle you garage it) I have to ask. We're your bikes on the street when this happened? Or did the guy back up into your driveway or something?
Either way sorry to hear about your bad luck

He ran into my parking spot in front of my townhouse. We have assigned pull in spots.

Wow what luck. Feel for you, I had to deal with a similar problem last year with my car. Though the individual admitted fault she changed her story with the insurance company (sounds like you are past that point though). Fortunately it all worked out in the end, but what a HEADACHE! I cannot imagine doing that for THREE vehicles!
