Is the young mans name Jesus? This is a closed course stunt and doesn't endanger the motoring public so I guess it's cool.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Impressive, however this is even more impressive......Snowmobiles running up Georgian Bay in the middle of winter.....complete with open water, snow and ice.

Always ask why.

My younger brother used to partake in "water-skippin'" events on his sled 15 years ago. He had huge paddles on the track and could damned near ride it like a jet-ski, turning, slowing down and then accelerating. Then he sank it. It becomes a whole lot less fun at that point

Here they have what's called a "Colorado Triathlon" that involves jet-skiing, snowmobiling, and dirt-biking all done in a single day. My old boss showed up to the third event (jet-skiing) on the snowmobile he had just won the first event with, and proceeded to skip across Blue Mesa Reservoir (biggest body of water in Colorado) and ended up winning the jet-ski event with his sled... haha.

That's not Jesus, it's veteran AMA Supercross/Motocross racer Kevin Windham doing the awesome balls-out riding... he's also pretty famous for his wicked cross-track jumping that he routinely does in the opening ceremonies at the Supercross events --- i.e. he improvises a jump using one part of the track to sail completely off-track (across the circuit) and makes a big air short-cut over the infield section landing on some some other section of track.

He's probably doing 80-90 mph to make that water run successfully.

It's the Crush video from TransworldMX... more clips here...

Really? And here I was standing on the street corners with my "End of the world is nigh" signs...

... cuz your Volusia will sink like a stone. I'm sure you will continue to stand on street corners, with or without your sign, achieving exactly the same effect.

(This reminds me that it's time to return to the Suzuki R109 Cool Wall discussion, since Mike's birthday has drifted into last month.)
