How do you post a picture???

Ok, so i wanna show my new bike, but how the heck do i post pictures?! i have the pics on my computer, not a website...can someone please please help me?! i'm getting very frustrated and i'm sure its something very easy...

Post some pictures to http://photobucket.com/ and then you can link to them.
