gsxr 750 vs 1000

looking for new bike found specs on both models and the only difference is seat height for the 750 being slightly higher. So my dilemna is do I save on insurance and go 750 or more power
first bike in a few years rode many years ago for about 20 years and got away when started family.
Love both bikes but am over 6'6" and need some comfort.
Sat on both and felt okay
any suggestions???

Neither, I'd go with one of the ones in your other thread. While sitting on them for a short while may be fine, trust me it gets a bit old after 200 or so miles.
