OK so I after installing my new pipes I'm starting to plan my next upgrade: K&N air filter and a fuel computer. But which one?

I've read as much info as I could find on all of these, but I'd really like your opinion.

I have a Power Commander III USB. I love it. It has 3 settings on it, to change your power from low, mid, to high. Also, with the USB you can hook it up to your PC and easily change the fuel map.
