OK i have no idea what my bike is.

I bought this bike from my uncle and he told me it was a vt750 custom deluxe. After getting lots of parts and this and that and crap, I dont think its a vt750 custom deluxe. If anyone is familiar with honda motorcycles and can tell what it is by looking at it or knows a way to find out what it is as, it would be greatly appreciated. I just says honda mc on the registration and title.

also I changed all the fluids and stuff because it was sitting for like 8 years. I was told that when he parked it, it ran like new. Now it just like cranks or whatever but doesnt actually start. It souonds really healthy when its crank but just wont run.

copy down the VIN number off the frame tube and take it in to the local dmv. they can run a check on it that will tell you what kind of bike it is.

I think a VT750 is a V-twin Shadow. The bike in the photo has an inline four and looks like a CB650 Nighthawk to me. Check the VIN to be sure.

Looks like a 81-82 750 Nighthawk to me. That's the 2nd generation Honda CB750-1100 twin cam 16 valve engine. Look on the front of the frame where the steering mounts and there should be a plate telling you what it is, model and year of manufacture. I'll bet it sez 81 or 82 CB750SC.
