Ain't she a cutie? This model was opularly known as the " Noddy Bike" (fromEnid Blyton childrens book).

Now for the debate....................is it a scooter or is it a bike?

Now for the debate....................is it a scooter or is it a bike?

1) Not a step-through frame, 2) "normal" size wheels, 3) appears to have the engine in the normal position, not mounted on the swing arm. I'd say it's a bike.
