Good choice Sapaul. Mrs High_side has been using one of the Ventura set-ups for years on two different Ducati's and she loves it. The only downside is having to install the rain covers and access when they are on. Compared to hard-bags this is an inconvenience. But they make quality stuff and it should work well for you for years to come.

What's RAIN

Thanks though, I do believe I have made the right choice and my personal choice is the bike handles better than with panniers.

Now The Goose can carry her own "poo poo", oops stuff.

PS., great looking bike, sapaul. I love the "Metzeler" tank pad.
Thanks for the compliment, they are not popular here due to most wanting race or dual sport bikes.

We shall keep our little secrets and not tell them what awesome bikes these are.

I really can't figure that out. Sure they're not as sexy as, say, a naked like a Speed Triple, Brutale, or Monster 1000, but you get maybe 90% of the performance, plus a greater ability to tour and carry a pillion. Too versatile to be desirable, I guess.

How are the airports here in the states and internationally reacting to the - ride on luggage - I've seen here and there. Has it been OK'd or anybody have any problems? They look cool.

SPAM. But perhaps the funniest computer generated spambot sentence in a long time! lol.
Has anyone seen the ride on luggage thing in the airports? How is it for maneuvering through a crowd? Looks like it would be a lot of fun in the wide open spaces.
