Amazingly knowledgeable and detailed. Made me totally sorry I just bought two gallons of Pennzoil 10W-40 for my bike. Makes me want to go get Mobil1 15w-50 and redo the entire oil change (which I may have to do over anyway; see my blog for the sordid story).
Even more amazing that anyone with that kind of education wouldn't know how to spell either "Sulphur" or "Sulfur".
