One more big trip for the year, off to Calgary to see my newest grandson. Left this afternoon after only a few hours sleep, trying for Revelstoke tonight, now that I'm finished dinner in Kamloops...

PS: I'm visiting the other two grandsons as well... :o)

Ride safe Doug! Say Hi to Calgary for me! :canada:

Today I did my first oil change on the bike. Fun and games figuring out how to remove the fairing and do the work on a new bike... :mrgreen:

I left Calgary this morning and headed west on hwy #1 just past Banff, I took the exit for Radium Hot Springs. I went from there to Cranbrook, alongside the beautiful Kootenay Lake. I loved the scenic route 3 along the southern border of BC, I got as far as Osoyoos for the night...

Ditto on the riding safe Doug - be careful buddy!

As for the oil change on the Kawasaki - if they do things like they used to - ease of maintenance wasn't something on the design sheet. Almost comical how ridiculous it is to do a simple task. Have fun with that! :righton:

Dropped my V-strom. In my garage. Classic brain fart: rode in, shut the bike off, and leaned it over onto the sidestand......... which was in the Up position.

Man, that's a heavy bytch to pick up.... :(
