The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

Re: So you have a Honda? Cool, what is it?
I just bought a NEW" 1999 Honda CB750 NightHawk (been riding a CB650) - I say new 'cause it has only 606 miles on the clock - its a very "basic" bike - thats why my post about aftermarket parts.
I did like the 650 - which was my first bike 3 years ago - when the opportunity came up to get the 750 - I jumped at it.
Yeah

Are you sure it's the bike?sapaul wrote:On our recent trip, this bike got a lot of attention

People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Re: So you have a Honda? Cool, what is it?
I have a 1992 Honda Shadow 1100. My dad bought it brand new and rode it up till 4 years ago when he asked me if I wanted it. Not a tough decision ha ha. He kept it in showroom shape. I hadn't ridden since I was in my 20s but every spring the bug hit hard. It's been great to get backs on a bike. I live on Vancouver island where some of the great bike roads are within minutes. Have also had a few great trips with this bike like doing the Northern Cascades in Washington and the Pemberton sea to sky on the coast. Dads gone now making this bike even more special.
My first bike was a Honda Hawk that I rode when I was 16. Love those Hondas:)
