I can start you in the right direction
ColorRite will almost certainly have touch-up paint that is an exact match for your bike's paint and a matching clearcoat.

Black works...but you'll have to do a lot of sanding and polishing if you want it shiney. Investing in an electric buffer will save you alot of heartache (about 50 bones).
If you are redoing it make sure you prime it well with a primer thats designed to bond to plastic, otherwise you'll get some nasty chipping over time.
If you got drip marks, sand it down and start again and reevaluate how you are painting your bike, because you're doing it wrong (you are applying way too much paint on each coat). I recently painted mine black but I went with a satin finish, not glossy so it was a much easier project.
