Jupiters Travels

#1 Unread post by BRUMBEAR »

Well I saw the movie Why We Ride and in the movie they interview briefly Ted Simon the author of the book Jupiters Travels. This guy wrote a book about riding a Triumph Tiger 100 around the world for 4 years. I couldn't resist so I bought the book man what a read so far, the guy just captures all my motorcycle dreams andputs them to paper. I highly recomend the book and I am still in the first 100 pages.

I saw that book advertised in the Aerostich catalog. I'll have to look at it again.

It is a great read so far, I am about half way through at the moment. The thing that jumps out is even though the book was written some 40 years ago, the worlds problems or I should say situations that a traveler would come across have kinda remained the same it seems.
