anyone from miami florida??please help

#1 Unread post by gonzo294 »

hi everyone im in a really tough position here, I'm located abroad so I use a skybox company to obtain items that i purchase online however this one time I used amazon and they auto-corrected my shipping address causing my item (1new men's motorcycle racing boots) to go to the wrong address, now I already contacted the seller and they said they can't retrieve the item so I'm kindly askin if theres anyone in here around miami Florida that empathize and would be willing to assist me in getting my item?plz pm me for further info any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't it be Amazon's responsibility to make sure that items shipped arrive at their destination?

I guess I don't understand. I always have stuff sent to my home address. When THEY send it to the wrong address I get my money back or THEY run the stuff down.

well I contacted the seller and they said it's no fault of there's because they just copy the address as it was placed on amazon and ship it to that address so technically they are right, the problem is that amazon suggested an address that they said looked more like the correct format/address which turned out to be the wrong address... So idk where to turn or what to do

If amazon won't help go to the payment co IE paypal mastercard whatever and tell them don't pay it , call or go online to better business bureau and file a complaint against amazon also contact amazon with an email tell them what they did and your predicament and your filing a complaint.
That is why I don't like online purchasing returns are a PITA and there is just to many nightmares sorry I only by online when I have to.
there aint nothin like it

I'll try sending an email to amazon bt am not confident that anything will come out of it,easiest bet altho it's even more risky is to have someone collect the boots and I pay to ship it to my skybox address
