@Beta Factory Team Update

The Beta factory race team continued their travels at the eleventh round of the GNCC series. Cory Buttrick and his 430 RR finished in 8th place at the finish after coming from behind after a brake issue.

Buttrick explains, "I got off to a pretty good start inside the top 5 in the cold, nasty, misty, muddy conditions. I made a couple mistakes right off the beginning dropping back a few positions. quickly regrouped and turned in a few good laps until I hit a rock and lost a pin holding the front brake pads in. Unfortunately, that was a slow lap dropping us back. We put a new system on and charged my 430 RR to the finish for an 8th place. I'm really looking forward to the last round of NEPG and the last two rounds of GNCC as they've always been good to me. Thank you for Beta USA and all my sponsors for making this happen!

Teammate Jesse Groemm continues to sit out due to his concussion symptoms sustained earlier this year. The "wild child" from New Jersey is excited to return as soon as he is 100% ready.

Out in the West, the Endurocross crew was in Denver for what would be a good showing for the team with Kyle Redmond again leading the way finishing in 4th and teammate Max Gerston, who also had a solid performance for the night finishing the main in 6th. Although not 100% happy with his finish, the Arizona cowboy was pleased to improve from last week in Sacramento. Morgan Tanke equaled her Sacramento performance with a 5th place finish.

"The Denver Endurocross was fun. It was a long track with a gnarly rock section which perfectly suited my Beta 2 stroke. I qualified straight to the main and rode to a solid 6th in the main. I had a blast and I am hungry for the next round." Gerston explains.

Tanke describes her race, "I got off to a good start grabbing the holeshot. I kept the lead for a little while, but eventually a few mistakes set me back. I charged hard to make up some positions but wasn't able to get myself on the podium. I feel really comfortable on the new Xtrainer and I can't wait for the next round of Endurocross in Washington! Thank you to Beta USA for everything!"

Ty Cullins continues to develop his skills in the Pro class. The young Californian finished just outside the transfer spots and is looking forward to the next round in Everett Washington October 17th.
