Well, I just got in from the Yamy dealership, I now officially have a street legal Seca 400 waiting for plates. I unfortunately have to wait until Wed. to get them, as the mechanic who did the safety forgot to sign the papers, and I still need to get my insuarnce and all that. So Ill post again Wed. night and Ill let you know how the FIRST RIDE EVER goes... Im hopping with anticipation here.

Congrats, I bet the waiting is killing you?
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

Congrats NorhternPete!!! I'm hopping along with you.
I'm still trying to convince my wife that buying a motorcycle for commuting to work is a good idea.
BTW, why did you have to get a mechanic to "do the safety"? Is this bike a salvage?

Well, I sorta went around a few blocks today, from the garage to my house, then a few little blocks with some stop signs, but I sorta packed it in seeing as my insuarnce doesnt technically cover me till tonight at 12:00. But for what little riding I got in, I had a blast. Definately need practice though, and some carb cleaner.
