biking to be banned?

The south of Ohio thing is cool for riding. I love to ride about an hour south of where I live and hit some great hilly riding. Still need to go quite a bit south of that to avoid winter though. I've never been a big fan of the idea of living in the deep south, so my brain tends to wander to the southwest. Maybe Arizona or New Mexico. San Diego is suppose to be the most moderate weather in the US. If I didn't have to work I might think about living there.
