It is more of a clear liner that sticks to the inside of the visor to create an air pocket between the visor and you.

Finally found it at Canadian Tire...after I had to interrupt the guy who said they don't sell any motorcycle parts including bulbs.
Yes, I will contact them about the Fog City as well but won't hold my breath (no pun intended). When I asked about anti-fog products, the person there told me there was a product on the shelf but it worked lousy.
