question guys? when you buy a brand new bike, do they give you a helmet or anything with it?

When I bought my bike last month I got 200 bucks off retail price and free full face helmet and gloves. I was happy with that.

I don't believe many dealers give you anything that's not asked for. Everything you can get the dealer to throw in, put it down in writing on the invoice. Don't get greedy because a deal can sour over the tiniest thing, I would ask for gloves, and helmet at a minimum.

thanks, cause i wasnt sure if i could do that. i thought maybe all of that would be a separate purchase.

Just ask the dealer.. a simple "Do you guys throw in a helmet and gloves with a new bike purchase?" will get you an answer

My friends even got a free helmet with a used bike purchase at a dealer, so I guess it all depends.

I got two free helmets and two sets of short riding gloves, what's the point of having the pillion if you can't put someone on it... lol.
