YZF-600R

On my way home from looking at a Ducati 999 and an S4R, I ran across a 2003 YZF-600R with 196 miles on it. The bike is extremely clean and the seller wants $4,800. What are your opinions on this bike? It will mostly be used to commute back and forth to work with some days riding the twisties in the Hill Country. What problems should I look out for in a bike that has been parked for 2 years? Thanks for your help.
