#1 Unread post by newguy101 »

hey guys, i'm new to this forum, and i am about to buy my first bike, i'm lookin right now at a gsxr 600 suzuki, i've rode my dads vrf 800 for the past year, what i want is a racing street, i perfer the 600 class because i am still 17 and if i get a 1000 it will cost me a butt load of money just to pay for insurance is my choice in a suzuki correct? or should i be looking at a different brand or model?, i'm sure u guys are crazy about ur yamaha or honda u own, but please don't try to be bias about "this bike is better cause i own it"

Fine, I won't tell you I like my F4i cause I own it. I'll tell you I don't like the GSXR 600 cause my roomate owns it.

how many minutes do u think u would last on a 600 cc sportbike? (longer than me, i think) my bet is on 4 minutes. (I'd be done in 2). meanwhile, buy a 250 cc ninja, faster than u think!

If you can handle a VRF800, that gsxr shouldn't be bad. VRF800 have about 110 HP. A newer GSXR 600 is around 106. Shouldn't be too hard at all.
