re-jet
I stripped my mufflers, and am running open elements and I need to re-jet. How do I do this? Where do I get new needles/jets what size do I need? What kind do I need? Are kits universal (dual kiehin)? Do I go bigger or smaller? How do I know when It's right?

First thing you have to do is determine what size jets you have in it now. That means taking it apart and reading the numbers stamped on the jets if you haven't already. Then bop on down to the local dealers parts desk and ask for the next size up if the bike is just a little lean, 2 sizes bigger if it's more lean.... and so on. You may repeat this process a few times until you get it right, or just once if your lucky.
No Witnesses....
