Who still likes cars?

#1 Unread post by Mag7C »

There was a silver lamborghini creeping along next to me in the crawling drudge that has become downtown traffic where I live. I was never a huge fan of lamborghinis in photos, but in real life it's one of the most awesome cars I've ever seen.

Four tailpipes grouped together in the rear, super streamlined profile, wide and low, and the smooth rumbling engine can only be described as  .

I wanted to yell "nice car!" to the guy, but he was on the phone.

A local radio station is giving these two cars away as a single prize, along with $4000 of Bosch power tools

I would love to take a spin in the new Z06. Anyone read the Motortrend article about testing it at Nurburgring (sp)?

Second fastest production car ever tested there. Eats the Viper for lunch. Faster than Ferrari Enzo, Lambo Murcielago, almost everything but a $300,000+ dollar Porsche GT something-or-other.

Not bad for a car under 70 grand, eh? 8)

Love cars, always have and always will.

Im currently building a 1928 "A" model roadster (my first build), Building it from scatch i.e built a jig to build the rails, chassis is finished im just starting to make the floor and steel out the body. I have plenty of pics of the build so far if any of ya are into to rods.

When Im done, Ill do a bike next.

Driving around in the hotrods is pretty sweet, its not "nailing a great bend on a bike" sweet, but its still a good buzz.
