Hydraulic Valves
Hydraulic Valves
Could someone tell me which cruiser @ 800 cc or less have valves you don't have to adjust(hydraulic valves) other than the Vulcan 750?

Hydraulic Valves
I don't know too much about motorcycles yet but some of the reading I've been doing seems to show that the Suzuki Boulevard series of machines have hydraulic valve. Not sure about others, yet.
Happy hunting.
Happy hunting.

Some Boulevards do and some don't. The S83(1400) and C90(1500) which was derived from the 1400 both have hydraulic lash adjusters. The M95 also does. The Intruder 800 aka S50 and the C50(Volusia) and M50 models with the same engine do not. All of these bikes are now Boulevards.
All the 1500 and 1600 model Vulcans have hydraulic lash adjusters as does the 750. The 800 Vulcans and 500 Vulcan do not.
The 650 and 1100 V-Stars which were derived from the old Virago engines do not have Hydraulic last adjusters. The 1600 Road Star does.
The 1100 Honda Shadows have hydraulic lash adjusters but the 750 and 600(VLX) do not. Also the newer 1300 and 1800 VTX models do not.
The Kawi VN750 stands alone amongst the mid size cruisers in many other features also due to it's mid 80's design.

Wow. Little did I think that there would be so much info in such a short time. For my part, thanks for the updated info. I'll keep it in mind when I go to buy my first bike.
