Pull the fuel line off of the carb and see if fuels coming out.
If there fuel is then:
Pull and clean the spark plug.
Before putting plug back in place in boot hold plug to head of motor have some one try starting the bike and see if you get a nice blue white spark.
Kill too birds at the same time:
Place your thumb over the spark plug hole and wile some try's to start it.
Feel if it sucks your thumb in and try's to blow it off.
If so then you have compression.
No spark try a new plug.
If you do have spark:
Time to see if your getting fuel to the plug.
Open the throttle all the way and spray some starting Fluid into the carb.
Try starting the bike.
If the bike fires then you'll need to clean or adjust your carb.
If your bike didn't fire then it could be timing or a bad coil.
I know some of these cheap bikes have had coil and cdi problems
If so then good luck getting Parts.
