Did you have any problems with the leather in the rain? Shrinking, color bleeding etc?
Leather getting wet tends to deplete its natural oils and the effects may be what you say. You see, leather is not meant to get wet. You must have tough motorcycle-specific rain gear motorcycle apparelhandy to put over your jacket during a downpour.

If leather accidentally get wet, let it dry naturally under extreme heat.

That newenough site rocks, I have ordered joe rocket textile jacket, gloves, helmet, and just ordered an ICON Motorhead leather jacket from that site. Shipping is incredible. Ordered jacket last evening around 7PM and had email in inbox today it shipped already.

Great site that is now my first stop for gear. Check the clearance section often, you can find some unreal bargains.

I have a blue/black Joe Rockat Meteor 4.0 that I paid $200.00 for from Iron Pony (available from NewEnough for $99.99) that I think is great. It's a three-season coat with a zipout liner and very respectable rain protection.

Everything is new. They used to be a different style shop and changed into a discount warehouse. They have the story on their website
