Fuel injected, it's great to go out, push the starter and it starts every time and there is no need for a warm up. Of course I live in Fla and it's usually pretty warm anyway.

Sure, carbs are cheaper to fix but you have to do it twice as often. When's the last time the FI went out on your car? FI hands down. No more gummed carbs!! Turn the bike off for the winter and start it up 3 months later like it was yesterday!
