-I'm a GIS Technician II for Jefferson County AL's Board of Registrars (I work with voters and elections).

-Best part would be that most of my co-workers are really cool.

-Worst part would be that working for the county is kinda rough. No vacation/sick leave days till I've been working there for 1 year (only 9 1/2 months left to go!) and they will try and find any way possible to keep you from having holidays (no Labor Day this coming year it seems...).
