rear shock adjusting

I wiegh aprox. 85-90kg anyone know what setting is best recomended for rear shock and preload adjustments on a kawi z750?

your owner's manual should have a table in the maintenance section that list's recommended preload and damping settings for expected load.

Nope. been through the manuel and all it says is that its on the factory setting of 4 & 2. which it says is for 68kg. so any advice will be appreciated.
