Mine's a '78 model, and most of the good stuff has been parted-out on eBay. What I have left is a frame I cut in half (don't ask!), a complete engine minus the carbs, the front forks, and a radiator minus the drain plug (stupid plastic thing broke on me).

If you need a good valve cover, engine head, radiator, stator, forks, or a good engine cover let me know.

It's always nice to get a non-lethal warning in life, isn't it?. It sounds like you have a great attitude, and this experience can only help you at this point. I hope your girlfriend isn't too sore with you. So glad that neither of you were injured. Keep learning - keep riding!! Good luck with your repairs.

Cheers,
Loonette
