Adjusting Valves on a '80 CB400T

how hard is this? i just got mine and it runs great minus valve noise. had a guy say he would do it for $50 (he claims to have 35 years cycle experience), but if i can do it (i am a diesel mechanic, and enjoy working on anything with a motor) i will do it myself. is there anyone who would be kind enough to give me detailed instructions on the process or point me towards them...? thanks in advance!

yeah buy the manual for that paticular moto.and then it will tell you.
its just simple after that

well, thanks, i knew about buying the manual...was hoping for a different kind of help...lol. anyhow, being a mechanic, i just dove right in and it is fixed now...
