LOL, no most Americans drink beer out of 12oz bottles. And I'm not exactly sure i'd call it 'beer' either, but that's another matter entirely.

Hey White, bring your Vino, and if you really want to get some bang for your buck, do like the neapolitans do and Hook up an LPG fitting to the intake. LPG is Much cheaper than gasoline, and nothing looks cooler (in an insane kinda way) than a grown man tootling along on a 50cc scoot w/ a huge pressurized LPG tank strapped on behind him !!

Imperial gallons are larger than U.S. gallons.
U.S. gallon=4 liters, Imp. Gallon=4.45 liters.

I thought that was true, too, Buzz. In some states down here, we have what is called "Texas Fifths" of booze, which are really US quarts, I hear.

Um... ahh.. 1 Imperial gallon equals 1.2 U.S... Whoops. Yep. You're definitely right there.

So does that mean you have smaller pints, or fewer of them? Or do you use litres now?

Canada is Officially Metric so we are stuck with liters and kilometers :(

But lots of people still function in Imperial or a mixture of the 2. It gets really messed up sometimes......

Messed is right.

We are supposed to be metric - you can now be prosecuted for selling turnips by the pound - so tough if it costs the greengrocer on the corner a fortune to convert his business, but we still have miles on our roads and speedos because it would cost the government too much to convert theirs.

i have a lovely Portugese Travel Trunk(aka-milk crate) on my Vino that a lpg cylinder will fit nicely in.my only concern is a tank slapper situation with the extra weight so high up.
