I've read before that it was a fake. The question does arrise as to how they got the passenger out of the car with the bike still in there. At least I hope it was a fake....
If you look close you can see where the roof was cut off and peeled back. So either they cut the bike out and put it back, OR they faked it. I'm more inclined to believe the reassembly.
It's one hell of a statement either way.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
I reckon if ya T-bone a small car like that at 250kmh I would have imagined the rider would catapult straight over the top, maybe collecting a bit of roof on the way through, but would have flew straight over, not in side the car.

It's in a bit more detail at the following site. The damage to the roof on the right hand side of the car was indeed caused by the rider.... Not a pretty thought.
