From the paramedic perspective...DAYUM! We live for trauma calls like this!

From the "bi*c$ seat" perspective...Holy Chit, do I REALLY wanna learn to ride solo??

From the riders perspective...well we all know the last thing that went thru his mind...

And for those of you that love the controversy of the helmet law posts....wouldnt have made a damn bit of difference here!

Thanks for the link...a real eye opener for any biker.

That's just a reason to limit the max speed of the bikes. Sadface.

Some people should never be allowed to get on a bike.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Absolutely! Then again, some people just shouldn't even exist in today's society *grins*

I agree completely, now just get the gov't to give me the authority to ennact that and I think life will get to be a lot better around here.

My partners at work and I keep trying to convince people that if they'd let us carrying guns in our rigs we could just shoot the stupid people and save the taxpayers lots of money! Unfortunately, they just aren't buying our concept....*grins*

If you have a truck, you don't need a gun to thin the herd. That's why God created compact cars and gave the rest of us trucks......

With all the truckers I've met over the last two years, I'm not completely sure that I feel comfortable with those people having the choice of life or death over us.

I don't need a truck, I actually have a pencil.

Limiting Max Speed

#30 Unread post by m4lu6 »

Any sarcasm not detected, I would remind you how well the US Govt's foray into speed-limiting legislation worked out: We had our speedometers limited to 85mph for several years. I leave it as an exercise to the reader why this tactic didn't work.
